Letter of Intent

All applicants for the Patrick P. Lee Foundation grants are requested to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) at least one month prior to the application deadline. The LOI is for board review only and will not be used in the final grant review process.

Patrick P. Lee Foundation board will review the proposed project as described in the LOI for eligibility under Patrick P. Lee Foundation grant guidelines and appropriateness of requested grant amount. Patrick P. Lee Foundation staff will then send an electronic invitation to submit a full application with appropriate supporting documentation.

  * Grant support is provided to non-profit, tax exempt organizations as defined under section  
  501 (c) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code. The foundation will
  review proposals submitted by tax exempt organizations that assume legal, fiscal and
